We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM Developer with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). The role involves designing, developing, and configuring ITAM modules, managing asset lifecycles, integrating with CMDB/ITSM systems, and ensuring software license compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ITAM modules: HAM, SAM, Workspaces, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Build integrations with third-party tools (SCCM, Jamf, Microsoft 365, AWS) for CMDB accuracy.
- Implement license compliance, normalization rules, and executive dashboards.
- Develop scripts and workflows using JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) configuration and development.
- Hands-on experience with SAM & HAM Professional modules.
- Knowledge of Discovery tools, CMDB, and ITIL processes.
- ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CIS-SAM, or CIS-HAM.
