Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure and customize IRM modules: Risk, Audit, Policy & Compliance, VRM, Regulatory Change, BCM.
• Develop workflows, RAMs, SLAs, notifications, and reports.
• Build and manage Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Flows, etc.
• Integrate IRM with internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server.
• Perform data imports/exports, ensuring quality and alignment with risk processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and best practices for IRM implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ServiceNow IRM/GRC development.
• Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and audit frameworks.
• Preferred Certifications:
  • ServiceNow CSA (required)
  • GRC CIS (preferred)
  • CAD (preferred)
