Job Responsibilities

• Design and document technical/implementation plans for ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Estimate effort for design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on best practices and coding standards.
• Update technical documentation and align implementation with product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product owners to deliver scalable, secure IRM capabilities.
• Participate in testing activities including unit, integration, and UAT; review test scripts.
• Contribute to technical strategy, tooling assessments, and architectural decisions.
• Actively engage in Agile practices using Rally within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of development experience, including 3+ years hands-on with ServiceNow IRM.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configurations, scripting (JavaScript), workflows, ACLs, UI policies, integrations, and CMDB.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, AngularJS.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Strong understanding of GRC/IRM concepts and industry trends.
• Experience with GCP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning or Generative AI is a plus.
