We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Integrated Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires deep expertise in IRM modules and strong architectural leadership to deliver scalable, compliant, and resilient risk management solutions aligned with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.

Detailed Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions across the enterprise.
- Design and deploy IRM modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, TPRM, and Operational Resilience.
- Define IRM architecture standards, governance frameworks, and implementation best practices.
- Conduct requirement-gathering and solution design workshops with business and compliance stakeholders.
- Develop detailed architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Guide development and implementation teams during configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
- Implement Operational Resilience capabilities such as:
- Business service mapping
- Dependency modeling
- Resilience testing
- Impact tolerance assessments
- Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform performance optimization.
- Support audit, risk, and compliance reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
