• System Integration: Develop and implement integration solutions that connect ServiceNow with other systems, applications, and data sources.
• API Development: Create and maintain custom APIs and connectors to facilitate data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Data Mapping: Define data mapping and transformation rules to ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
• Security: Implement security measures to protect data during transit and ensure that integrations comply with security standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration solutions, including design specifications and configuration settings
