Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs along with scripted Web services and Plugins.
• Systems integration of ServiceNow SaaS / Platform solutions.
• Configure and enhance the core applications, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting.
• Strong ServiceNow Transform Map Scripting, data validation, and debugging, Scheduled Scripted Jobs, JDBC Data Sources, Inbound Web Services, MID Server architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Codes, tests, debugs, and document assignments of moderate to high complexity

 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow development, administration, and Integration experience in large complex environments.
• Experience with Performance Analytics in creating Reports and Dashboards.
• Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, Integration Hub, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
• Agile experience- Story/Defect methodology.
