Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across IT and business workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, ITSM modules, and integration capabilities, combined with a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform administration and customization.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Glide scripting.
  • Build and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, record producers, and request workflows.
  • Design solutions using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Create and maintain custom modules, tables, and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Customize forms, lists, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
  • Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM) based on project needs.
  • Implement and maintain ACLs, roles, and security rules to ensure platform integrity.
  • Modify UI Pages, UI Macros, and advanced components as needed.
  • Develop and support integrations with external systems via:
    • REST / SOAP APIs
    • MID Server
    • Integration Hub
    • Web services
  • Build transform maps, import sets, and data load workflows.
  • Manage scheduled jobs, data synchronizations, and third-party connector configurations.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience in Service Catalog, REST integrations, ITSM, and related modules.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JSON/XML, Integration Hub, MID Server, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles, Agile methodologies, and project management.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required.
  • Experience configuring and customizing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or ITAM.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
