Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD
Experience as a Technical Lead
Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs
Extensive hands-on experience in full life cycle implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery[Employee Service Management] applications, including:
HR Case Management
HR Knowledge Management
Employee Service Center (Portal)
Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
