Required Skills

• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD
• Experience as a Technical Lead
• Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs
• Extensive hands-on experience in full life cycle implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery[Employee Service Management] applications, including:

1. HR Case Management
2. HR Knowledge Management
3. Employee Service Center (Portal)
4. Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
5. Employee Document Management
6. Performance Analytics for HR.
