Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements for hardware asset tracking, lifecycle management, and optimization.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow HAM applications, including workflows, forms, reports, and notifications to meet business needs.
• Handle ServiceNow instance transfers and data migrations related to hardware asset management, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate data integrity.
• Work on integrating ServiceNow HAM with other enterprise systems and data sources for enhanced asset tracking and management capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the HAM module, ensuring minimal downtime and user disruption.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and implementation guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow updates and best practices for HAM to implement cutting-edge solutions that improve asset management processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow development, particularly with the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module.
• Solid background in ServiceNow instance transfers and data migrations related to hardware assets.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop custom solutions from scratch within the HAM module to meet business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and explain technical concepts in an understandable way.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management, are a plus.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
