Map customer business requirements to ServiceNow FSO and CSM solutions.
Lead workshops to assess business imperatives, technology landscapes, and transformation priorities; recommend optimal architecture and best practices.
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Develop solutions using an “Architecture First” principle on the ServiceNow platform.
Create and configure script objects, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform system and integration testing, and collaborate with Business Analysts on technical stories during Sprint cycles.
Recommend administration settings, document developments, unit test cases, and implementation plans.
Contribute effectively in diverse teams and promote an inclusive team culture.
Technical Skills
ServiceNow platform expertise, specifically FSO and CSM for banking and insurance.
Strong scripting knowledge: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.
Understanding of Enterprise Architecture processes and ability to translate into technical solutions.
Knowledge of key ServiceNow concepts: CSDM, CMDB, Data Models.
Familiarity with ITIL and Service Management frameworks.
