Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSM Lead to implement and configure the ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module. The role involves building FSM functionalities like Preventive Maintenance and Calibration, designing mobile workflows for field technicians, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module.
  • Build and customize FSM functionalities (Preventive Maintenance, Calibration).
  • Design and implement mobile workflows for field technicians.
  • Ensure workflows and data structures support compliance and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable solutions.
  • Migrate legacy systems to ServiceNow FSM.
  • Provide training and documentation for the solution.
  • Apply ITIL/ITSM and Agile methodologies to enhance FSM solutions.

 

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with ServiceNow FSM module implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile workflows and field service operations.
  • Experience in legacy system migration to ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile.
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM implementation.
  • Hands-on in mobile workflows and field service management.
