Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support business processes.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and third-party tools.
• Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data policies to automate tasks and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Maintain platform health, perform system upgrades, and support patching and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts, and resolve platform-related incidents and requests.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to end users and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow as a developer or engineer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, and Request.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS within ServiceNow.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITSM Implementation Specialist, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, Flow Designer, or Performance Analytics.
