Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring best practices and compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to optimize IT service management processes.
• Design and develop intuitive and user-friendly ServiceNow portals that improve the user experience and facilitate easy access to services.
• Utilize advanced JavaScript skills to enhance functionality within ServiceNow, including the creation of Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing JavaScript code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize ServiceNow functionalities.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality of developed solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and knowledge articles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with proven expertise as a P4 Expert.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow Portal Development as a P4 Expert, creating and customizing user-facing applications.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (P3 Advanced) for ServiceNow development, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices, including ITSM and ITOM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar relevant certifications are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
