Key Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow installations for the cyber and strategic risk teams.
• Create go-to-market proof-of-concept applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create rational, competent-based technological designs from functional specifications.
• Create new ServiceNow procedures and workflows.
• Estimate, organize, plan, and prioritize testing-related tasks.
• Determine, record, and track software flaws.
• Conduct rigorous regression testing of corrected flaws.
• Oversee ServiceNow administration, planning, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments.
• Minimum 7+ years of technology implementation.
• Knowledge of ITSM modules on processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reports, Security Operations, and integrations like LDAP, SSO, REST API, etc.
• Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.
• Should have experience in leading teams for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements.
• Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks.
• Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Security Rules (ACLs).
