Job Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow BCM module.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for business continuity needs.
• Provide ongoing support for BCM-related incidents and enhancements.
• Participate in the full SDLC process, from design through to deployment.
• Conduct testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and support smooth releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, particularly in the BCM module.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
• Familiarity with the SDLC, including development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience in providing support and troubleshooting ServiceNow incidents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
