Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration) and customizations to meet business needs.
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, such as Salesforce and Mulesoft, using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow Change Management processes, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Automate IT processes and workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration and other automation tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
• Resolve complex technical issues and improve platform performance.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development, with expertise in ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration) and integrations.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow development tools (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions).
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce, Mulesoft, and other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Change Management and ITIL processes.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence).
