Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ITOM (IT Operations Management) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Prepare professional documentation, emails, and reports with a strong focus on clarity and precision.
• Analyze complex issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, particularly in IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, Python, PowerShell, and related technologies.
• Extensive experience with integrations using web services (SOAP and REST) and APIs.
• Expertise in ServiceNow’s Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Spokes, Service Graph Connectors, and third-party/custom API integrations.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
