Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, with a primary focus on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs and web services for integrations with third-party applications and services.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and optimize user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRSD functionality and integrations.
• Create technical documentation, including design specs, development plans, and testing protocols.
• Follow best practices in ServiceNow development, including source control and versioning.

Required Skills/Experience

• 10+ years overall experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
• Strong expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs for integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development tools.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data models, security models, and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
