Technical / Functional Skills

• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Create and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST API.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
