Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using APIs.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and catalogs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Follow best practices for development, documentation, and testing.

Required Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow platform development (Scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
• Experience with integration technologies and data migration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
