Job Description

We are seeking a certified ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to manage, develop, and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances in a fast-paced Agile environment. The role involves platform administration, development, integrations, and production support to meet the needs of business stakeholders and ensure high availability of ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including routine changes, customizations, and application adjustments.
  • Provision, install, operate, and maintain ServiceNow instances across production and non-production environments.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of applications.
  • Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to execute upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
  • Assist with report and dashboard configuration, maintenance, and operational administration tasks.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior admins/developers, and collaborate on development projects.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Support production issues, incident resolution, and troubleshooting across all ServiceNow instances.
  • Document administrative processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – active certification verified via ServiceNow Partner Portal.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and integration.
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certified.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, workflows, and customizations.
  • Experience managing multiple instances, including FedRamp environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience mentoring junior ServiceNow admins/developers.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade and patch management processes.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
