Primary Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges, and present tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop comprehensive thought leadership strategies, ensuring ServiceNow aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
• Guide customers to adopt ServiceNow Professional and Enterprise solutions, reducing backlog and accelerating time to value.
• Answer technical and product-related questions from customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
• Create detailed technical designs that meet client needs while leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities and integrations with third-party technologies.
• Serve as the expert advisor for clients and internal teams, leading solutioning sessions and ensuring architectural soundness.
• Collaborate with ISU/BG and ServiceNow delivery teams to execute growth strategies.
• Drive the development of solution collaterals and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth product knowledge and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to develop thought leadership strategies, aligning ServiceNow with business objectives.
• Strong experience leading customer engagements, product demonstrations, and strategic solutioning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality outcomes, and foster customer adoption.
• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow.
• Experience in solutioning and driving ServiceNow-related strategies in complex, large-scale environments.
• Proven track record of successfully advising clients and delivering comprehensive, industry-leading solutions.

Preferred

• ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge, especially related to integrations and customizations.
• Experience in ServiceNow Solution Architecture and collaborating with Sales/Solutions teams.
• Expertise in driving enterprise growth strategies and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and guide internal teams, channel partners, and clients through the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
