Required Technical / Functional Skills

• CMDB design, CI classes, relationships, and governance
• Discovery, Service Mapping, IntegrationHub ETL
• ITSM processes: Incident, Change, Problem
• Strong understanding of ITIL v4 Configuration Management
• CI lifecycle management, normalization, reconciliation
• Duplicate CI elimination and identification rules
• Integrations with SCCM, Active Directory, and third-party systems
• Basic JavaScript and Glide API scripting
• CMDB Health Dashboard, audit and compliance reporting
• Asset Management and software license compliance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain CMDB accuracy and enforce governance standards
• Implement and monitor Discovery schedules and service maps
• Coordinate with network, application, and asset teams
• Perform data audits and resolve data quality issues
• Support CMDB-related upgrades, patching, and UAT
• Create SOPs, design documents, and governance documentation
• Provide stakeholder training and CMDB health reports
