Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and support implementation across ServiceNow IRM modules.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Understand end-to-end business processes and map them to ServiceNow IRM capabilities and configurations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, architects, developers, and platform teams.
  • Convert business requirements into functional specifications and well-defined user stories for the development team.
  • Validate IRM implementations in ServiceNow and conduct demos for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to ensure solutions follow platform best practices and design standards.
  • Review configurations and development deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Facilitate the development of IRM reports and dashboards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
 
Technical & Functional Skills
  • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
  • Experience implementing IRM solutions using ServiceNow.

  • Risk statements, scoring models, and assessment methodologies

Preferred Skills
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive workshops.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
