We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and support implementation across ServiceNow IRM modules.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Understand end-to-end business processes and map them to ServiceNow IRM capabilities and configurations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, architects, developers, and platform teams.
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications and well-defined user stories for the development team.
- Validate IRM implementations in ServiceNow and conduct demos for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to ensure solutions follow platform best practices and design standards.
- Review configurations and development deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Facilitate the development of IRM reports and dashboards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Technical & Functional Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Experience implementing IRM solutions using ServiceNow.
