Job Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Analyze and understand existing ServiceNow configurations and processes.
• Configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
• Develop and document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow projects.
• Provide recommendations for process optimizations and system enhancements.
• Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across platforms.
• Identify and resolve issues or defects during the testing phase.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing any issues or questions related to ServiceNow.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of [8] years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations and configurations.
• Proven experience in analyzing and improving ServiceNow applications and processes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and functionalities, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
• Experience in developing test plans and performing quality assurance for ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
