Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow modules including FSM, IRM, VRM, Policy & Compliance, and CSM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct regular system reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in the effective use of ServiceNow.
• Support the creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with hands-on expertise in FSM, IRM, VRM, Policy & Compliance, and CSM modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting, integrations, and platform optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations in complex environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
