We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Technology Specialist to lead and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with platform standards, architecture governance, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and service blueprint management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable IT service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow Architecture and OMT platform capabilities.
- Develop and manage service blueprints and overall platform standards.
- Configure ServiceNow components, including Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workspace, and Dashboards.
- Implement REST API integrations and other ServiceNow integrations.
- Ensure architecture governance and adherence to ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop prototypes.
- Approve technical approaches and review application, software, and system components across diverse technology stacks.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Architecture and OMT Platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workspace, Dashboard.
- Expertise in REST API Explorer, configuration, and integrations.
- Proven ability to create and manage service blueprints.
- Knowledge of architecture governance and ServiceNow best practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills
