We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, govern, and optimize the enterprise-wide use of the ServiceNow platform. The role involves defining architecture strategy, guiding development teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and technical authority for ServiceNow across the enterprise.
• Lead solution design, development, testing, and deployment of custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Define architecture strategy, patterns, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable, and maintainable solution components.
• Build high-quality, clean code while enforcing software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews).
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions end-to-end.
• Contribute to new product features and enhance existing ServiceNow applications.
• Mentor colleagues, provide technical guidance, and promote knowledge-sharing across teams.
• Deploy applications using automation and configuration management tools.
• Support continuous improvement in development processes, architecture standards, and platform governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or senior developer with architecture responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, architecture, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of custom application development, workflow automation, and platform security.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with code reviews, test automation, and deployment automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and configuration management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
