Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, and custom applications.
• Define and drive the overall ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, develop high-level architecture, and translate into actionable development plans.
• Establish and enforce platform architecture standards, integration patterns, and development governance frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and solution consultants.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as CMDB, LDAP, SSO, monitoring tools, and other third-party applications.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to quality, performance, and security standards.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with security protocols.
• Stay current with ServiceNow product releases, features, and best practices; lead platform upgrades and adoption of new capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, business analysts, security teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including 3+ years in an architecture or lead developer role.
• Proven experience in architecting and implementing solutions in multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SecOps).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Hands-on experience with platform customization, workflow design, and ServiceNow Studio/Flow Designer.
• Experience with integration tools and patterns, including MID servers, web services, and authentication protocols.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
