Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect Subcontractor to support ongoing and upcoming projects across ITSM, HRSD, and related ServiceNow modules.

The subcontractor will work closely with internal teams and clients to design, build, and optimize enterprise grade ServiceNow solutions on a project based engagement.

>10 years

Certifications Needed: No

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute

Support integration work using RESTSOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub

Provide architectural leadership for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, HRSD, Service Catalog, CMDB, SPMPPM, CSM, FinOps, and PortalEmployee Center

Deliver configuration, scripting, and technical development using Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.
