Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, SecOps, HR, and Service Catalogs.
• Automate ITIL processes and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Optimize workflows, tables, scripting, and use Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with development teams and manage customer/stakeholder expectations.
• Provide expertise on enterprise security, middleware, and data modeling.
• Stay current with ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, GRC, SecOps, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting, and ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with S2P, MDM setup, Service Catalogs, and ITIL process automation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and lead client-facing projects.
