Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize service parts operations, including inventory and reverse logistics processes.

  • Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies for optimization and cost efficiency.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and communicate business requirements effectively.

  • Utilize SQL/PL SQL to query, analyze, and report on data.

  • Identify process improvements and provide solutions to operational challenges.

  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Service Parts Management.

  • Strong knowledge of Reverse Logistics (RL) business processes.

  • Expertise in Inventory Management and Optimization.

  • Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL (intermediate level).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to document and communicate requirements effectively to technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives for service parts management.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems or service parts management software.
