•Develop reference architectures and best practice for Service Now solutions

•Provide consulting, design and deployment services for enterprise ITSM tool implementation and integration with different Infra, cloud and App management solutions

•Design and Deploy different Service Now solutions involving ITOM modules of Service Now like Discovery, Service Mapping and event management

•Experience in fixing errors of CMDB, removal of duplicate Cis, fixing the errors out of health scan report

•Experience in portal implementation and customization with AJAX, Angular JS etc.

•Implementation of Orchestration use cases in production environment using Service Now Orchestration modules. (This is good to have)

•Migrate ITSM services from existing ITSM Platform to Service Now and ensure best benefits of Service Now are drawn for the customer adopting it

•Provide design guidance / POC for technology integration and adoption with Service Now

•Hands-on experience integrating Service Now with external systems like AD, SCCM, Monitoring tools, Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, B2B etc.

•Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills

•Certification: Service Now Administration certification, Service Now Certified Implementation specialist (preferably ITOM)
