Roles & Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer with experience in CMDB / ITAM (Asset Management)
• Have a strong understanding of software development and business process engineering in the ServiceNow application.
• Serve as a key technical resource regarding the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation and have proficiency in ServiceNow design.
• Capabilities, configurations, and best practices related to IT Asset Management within ServiceNow
• Experience with large scale, enterprise ITSM implementations
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, SDLC, Change Management, and Incident Management with ITIL v3 certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
