Key Responsibilities

• Delivering services to customers effectively and on time.
• Implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers.
• Ordering and restocking materials when it is required.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Implement monitoring, metrics, and logging to ensure visibility into system performance and reliability.
• Automate deployment pipelines and configuration management processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Azure and VMware cloud services and resources with hands-on experience.
• Good hands-on experience in the management of cloud and on-premises Windows and Linux servers. 
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Puppet and Terraform. 
• Experience in handling Operating systems and runtime patching and hardening for different compute Environments like RedHat Linux, Kubernetes, AKS, and ESXi infra.
• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP management Azure AAD, and Windows active directory.
• Good understanding and experience in DevOps technologies like Gitlab.
