Job Description

The Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Process all system access requests accurately and efficiently in a required time frame.
• Process all financial document assistance requests accurately and efficiently within a required time frame.
• Receive calls and provide technical support.
• Attend meetings or events, assist with special projects, and perform other tasks as directed.
• Self-Starter, ability to comprehend various user guides to find answers.
Success Factors / Job Competencies:
• The ability to obtain certifications such as ITIL
• Customer friendly
• Shows Professionalism at all times
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• The shift hours will range from 0600 to 2100 Monday - Friday.
• Fast paced work environment
• Works in a cubicle with a phone, headset, and computer

Qualifications

 

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in a tier 1 type Help Desk / Call Center environment
  • Ability to obtain various certifications
  • Demonstrated successful Customer Service experience
  • Demonstrated communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
