Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Windows 10/11, including system services and configurations.
  • Use remote desktop tools to assist users and troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups using Active Directory tools.
  • Support and troubleshoot VPN, DNS, DHCP, and other basic networking configurations.
  • Log and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on escalations and follow standard operating procedures.

 

Qualifications
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS (Win10/11); familiarity with macOS and Linux is a plus.
  • Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software environments.
  • Understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
  • Proficient with Active Directory user and group management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
