• The Service Delivery Manager will lead cross-functional, multi-business teams, collaborate with analyst to deliver the analytics deliverables (Reports, insights & Prescriptive Models) 
• Be a Subject matter expert from BI, Datawarehouse
• Who will spearhead the customer initiatives and manage delivery with full responsibility for technology and implementation

 
Role requirement

• Managing a team of  Analytics operations team, set of Analysts, report developer
• Subject matter expert in Solution Areas of Datawarehouse, BI and bring thought leadership in Customer engagement.
• Manage BI Support team and this can be 24x7 
• Engage closely with a customer to design & develop BI /Analytics solutions to fulfil customers’ needs by understanding the customers challenges and architectures and turning that into a customer solution.
• Manage client engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources & technologies.
• Demonstrate significant operational as well as commercial knowledge of Retail business
• Must excel as a champion of execution efficiency and customer delight
• 10+ years of experience in delivering large programs in Retail domain using Big Data/Hadoop/SAP Hana Technologies & managing teams
• Knowledge of IT architectures, procedures and methods
• Soft skills - Excellent Proactive communication with customers, good oral and written English
• Experience in delivering quality work on time with multiple, competing priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with computer programming skills
• Experience in Retail/CPG domain is preferred
• Must have excellent communications skills
