Responsibilities

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, primarily in application support and maintenance, large program management and delivery governance, performing various delivery roles in programs/projects across various technologies and domains.
• Successfully manage support teams involving 24*7 onsite offshore delivery model under managed services
• Very Good experience in managing engagements involving site reliability and Automation of Application support service
• Good understanding of processes and challenges in the Application Maintenance and support with good communication, presentation skills and people management skills
• Successfully manage Service Delivery of more than 50 applications for any hospitality customer.
