Job Description

• Strong data entry and administrative skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Reviewing and validating of various data and documents to ensure submissions meet predefined standards
• Ability to perform numerous repetitive tasks on a daily basis including data entry & data review/corrections
• Directs the real-time assignment of staff and prioritizes work orders throughout the day to account for variations and additions from forecasted workloads
• Maintain compliance within Service Level Objectives
• Monitor ticketing system and respond accordingly with accurate and timely information through service tickets.
• Process documentation creation and maintenance
• Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of delivery progress, notifying them of impending changes, and scheduled deliverables
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Preferred Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Excel functions
• Advanced knowledge in Data Mapping, V/X Lookup Formulas, Pivot Tables and Conditionals
• Experience in automating business process through Excel based solutions
• IT Support relating to technical issues involving end user hardware (desktops, laptops, monitors, etc…)
• Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups for customers. Process pickup requests from customers and sales operations team. Respond to delivery/routing questions and issues from customers.

General Abilities:
• Utilize judgement on need to escalate or review with a manager / clinical staff as needed
• Excellent communication skills, judgement, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders to collect data and resolve issues
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.
