Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows virtual machines: insuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
• Utilize VMware for environment virtualization, configuring, and maintaining virtual infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DELL computer hardware
• Perform performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting using SolarWinds or similar tools
• Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user/group management and access controls
• Collaborate with customers and cybersecurity partners to address technical issues and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for server configurations, procedures, and “best practices"
• Server project work, on-call rotation, troubleshooting remote servers

Experience Required:

• Industrial IT Server Engineers design, implement, maintain, and optimize our Windows-based virtual Digital Enablement Platform (DEP) environments.
• Engineers will be expected to work in the office and provide support to customers (including on-call rotations 12-hour shift during day for a week at a time).
• The ideal candidate will possess expertise in VMware virtualization, DELL computer hardware, performance monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Active Directory administration, 
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both customers and cybersecurity partners.
