Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for serialization systems and software.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to serialization processes to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize serialization systems.
• Testing and validating serialization systems to ensure they meet regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining documentation and training materials for serialization systems.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Pharma Serialization and Packaging.
• Understanding of Incident and Change management tools.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in formal Change Management and Incident Management Processes for a life sciences customer
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and maintenance plans
• Experience of working in a support role/organization.

Required Skills

• PLC, Pharma Packaging, Serialization, SAP ATTP, Systech, SQL, Change control and Validation.
• Basic understanding of SQL server databases, MS office products etc.
• Understanding of GMP process, GMP systems used in Pharma.
• Familiarity with Pharma Packaging solutions like Systech, and SAP ATTP
• Strong documentation skills – should have experience of writing requirement specifications, design documents, installation protocols, test summary reports etc.
