Role and Responsibilities

• Use Workday expertise and technical proficiency to gather requirements, design, develop, test and implement Workday integration solutions between new/existing systems, both internal and external, based on business requirements and industry standards
• Write workday integrations test cases and support with existing workday integrations.
• Demonstrate leadership and ability to work collaboratively and independently to deliver work product in an Agile software delivery environment
• Deliver on-going production support for integrations, including testing during Workday bi-annual releases
• Develop, support, and manage application code, user interfaces, and third-party integration components for Workday solution using Workday Studio / Report Designer (BIRT), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors & Document Transformations, Calculated Fields, Report Writer / RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, xPath and JSON

Required Experience

• 5+ years of relevant Workday Integration development experience
• Expertise in Workday Studio / Report Designer (BIRT), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors & Document Transformations, Calculated Fields, Report Writer / RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, xPath and JSON
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
