Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal team members to communicate needs and requirements and determine appropriate solutions.
• Work with constituents across the organization to understand current processes, systems, and opportunities and capture requirements for new processes, systems, and user interfaces.
• Document current and future state in various forms including functional requirements, user stories, wireframes, interface designs, workflows, swim-lane diagrams, presentations, etc. for appropriate audiences including C-Level, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Collaborating with IT Development (onshore/offshore) and QA to ensure appropriate and adequate system testing is performed.
• Providing guidance, reviewing work, and providing feedback to other team members.

Qualifications/Skills

• Strong experience and demonstrated ability to document web-based systems, and perform analysis and design using various methods, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories/acceptance criteria, use cases, and swim lanes.
• Experience with documenting requirements for integrations between enterprise systems.
  
• Strong experience in business process design and workflow analysis.
• Strong knowledge and execution of IT Standards, Policies and Procedures.
• Experience in working with multiple data sources and ERPs.
  
• Understanding of best practices with Digital User Interface designs and User Experience.
• Experience with visual modeling requirements.
  
• Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology.
