Senior UX Engineer

We are seeking a Senior UX Engineer to create intuitive, visually consistent, and user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong interaction design skills with practical experience in prototyping, usability testing, and Agile collaboration to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design mobile and responsive web experiences with a focus on usability and visual consistency.

• Develop wireframes, interactive mockups, prototypes, task flows, and site maps for usability testing.

• Present complex design concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.

• Manage multiple design requests and competing priorities in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide constructive design critiques.

• Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

• Participate in Agile processes and contribute to iterative design improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in visual/graphic design, interaction design, and user-centered design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/IA projects, wireframes, and task flows.

• Proficiency with Figma or Sketch.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong presentation and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design, interaction design, product design, cognitive psychology, or related field.

• Experience in enterprise software and/or healthcare domain.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508, W3C WAI).

• Experience with user research, interviews, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing.

• Active involvement in the UX community and knowledge of user interaction analytics.
