Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and visual design, for domains-related E-Commerce products.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user-centered design principles.
  • Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces that enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing) to define and refine product features, ensuring design consistency and a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of E-Commerce trends and best practices, incorporating industry insights into design decisions.
  • Champion UX best practices and advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring designs are scalable, accessible, and deliver a high-quality experience.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across product designs.
  • Work in a Lean & Agile development environment, iterating quickly and adjusting design solutions based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support on design tasks and career development.

 

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on E-Commerce applications or platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Solid experience in Visual Design, including a strong eye for typography, color, composition, and branding.
  • In-depth understanding of Lean & Agile methodologies and how they apply to UX design and iterative product development.
  • Strong experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles, including responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and accessibility standards.
  • A portfolio showcasing your E-Commerce design work and UX/UI skills, demonstrating your ability to design complex, user-centric digital experiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
