Senior UX Designer

We’re looking for a thoughtful and experienced Senior UX Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across our products. You’ll play a key role in translating complex ideas into elegant solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and elevating our design standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes—from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions
• Create high-quality user interfaces with strong attention to visual detail and usability
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver impactful experiences
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Use data, user feedback, and testing to inform and iterate on designs
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices across the organization

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX and/or Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and polished UI execution
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems
• Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design decisions effectively

Preferred

• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Experience in agile or fast-paced product environments
