Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards and product requirements while maintaining a focus on user needs.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, promoting best practices in UI/UX design.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity throughout the development process.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually innovate and improve designs.

Required Skills

• Expertise in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and results.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (InVision, Axure, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application design best practices.
