Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead projects involving Splunk architecture, data onboarding, dashboards, and monitoring automation.
- Oversee CAD/EDA toolchain deployments and flow optimizations for Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor, and Siemens tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Linux, cloud, storage, and CAD environments to ensure end-to-end workflow stability and performance.
- Track and report project progress in Azure DevOps, including risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, YAML-based automation, and integration with job schedulers (IBM LSF / Altair Accelerator).
- Ensure availability and performance of monitoring systems and CAD environments supporting silicon design teams.
- Lead transformation initiatives: observability improvements, dashboard modernization, DevOps adoption, and compliance upgrades.
- Collaborate with design engineering, security, and operations teams on data governance, tool licensing, and environment upgrades.
- Prepare stakeholder communications, status reports, and executive dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and best-practice adoption across analytics and CAD environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing CAD/EDA toolchain projects in complex technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, Linux, Compute & Storage, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk architecture, dashboards, and monitoring automation.
- Familiarity with CAD/EDA tools: Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor, Siemens.
- Experience with project management methodologies (PMP preferred) and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong focus on workflow stability, automation, and performance optimization.
