Perform in-depth system analysis across complex enterprise applications to identify functional gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Lead solution-focused discussions with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to define practical and scalable solutions.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements, ensuring complete traceability from inception through implementation.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise architecture and best practices.
Design and recommend solutions supporting lending operations, loan disbursement processes, financial integrations, and banking workflows.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to manage product backlogs, user stories, work items, dashboards, and release planning using Azure DevOps.
Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demonstrations.
Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements, resolve functional issues, and ensure successful solution delivery.
Drive continuous process improvements through system analysis, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role.
Strong experience with Oracle Banking platforms and Oracle ERP Finance solutions.
Proven expertise in banking, lending, loan disbursement, and financial services domains.
Extensive hands-on experience in system analysis, business process optimization, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), backlog management, and work tracking.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation in complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Banking Retail Lending (OBRL) and/or Zafin.
Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and banking integrations.
Professional certifications such as Oracle, SAFe®, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other Agile-related certifications.
Experience working within large-scale digital transformation or enterprise modernization programs.
